Our Story
How It All Began
In 2021, we launched 'The Washstation Ambassadorship Programme' to help bridge the gap between our end users and the corporate face of our business.
The programme was created by one of our student employees and is now headed up by our User Experience Team. It gives students a real voice in shaping the Washstation experience on campus.
We recruit ambassadors every academic year from universities across the UK where Washstation operates. Ambassadors act as the friendly, approachable face of the brand within their student community.

What We Expect
Your Responsibilities
Complete the Online Training
Work through our short online training programme before you start your ambassadorship.
Help Your Peers
Be on hand to help fellow students with any laundry questions or issues when you can.
Keep in Touch
Stay in regular contact with the Washstation team and respond to communications promptly.
Collect Feedback
Gather feedback from students using the laundry facilities and share it with the team.
